The New Pink CD

Pink is the stage name for singer Alicia Beth Moore. She is a R&B singer who won Grammy awards two times for her previous albums Can’t Take Me Home and Missundaztood. Besides these two, Pink also released Try This, but this album did not sell as well as two first ones. Her next work, I’m Not Dead from 2006, had mostly good reviews, but wasn’t a hit either.

After almost two years of break, Pink released her fifth album Fun House in October 2008, which had hits like “So What” and “Sober”. It was official that Pink came back in a big way with her incredible new album. Fun House was a huge success and since it was released it already has been certified platinum in United States. The song “So What” was the number one on the list Hot 100, while “Sober” became a US top 20 hit.

Pink has sold over 3 million copies of the Fun House album. It is her second big success since album Missundaztood, when both of two new released singles became such a hits. “So What” was Pink’s biggest solo success. Fun House has also reached number one on the charts in Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom. It was a number two in countries like Germany, Ireland and France.

Fun House has a lot of funky and hip songs, but Pink has also stated that it is her most vulnerable album. The song that Pink is most proud of is “Crystal Ball”. Reviews of this album has been very positive and we will probably see more of great music from this artist in the future.
