Since Pink came into the music scene, she has taken it by storm. Her very unique style and her very different way of singing captured the world. Every time she releases a new album, her songs become new hits. Of course, when she released her 2008 album “Funhouse,” it became her newest hit.
The album was released on October 28, 2008, and the first single from the album is called “So What.” As soon as it was released, it entered the Billboard Pop 100 at number 59. The song is about her divorce with ex-husband Carey Hart. The lyrics are funny and the video is fun to watch. In one of the videos, she takes a chainsaw and cuts down a tree where “Alecia + Carey” is written in a heart. She has said that her and her ex-husband remain friends and he also finds those lyrics funny. She’s always been a very controversial person when it comes to music.
“Funhouse” has 12 songs, including the hit singles “So What” and “Sober;” it also has “Ave Mary A,” “Bad Influence,” “Crystal Ball,” “Funhouse,” “Glitter in the Air,” “I Don't Believe You,” “It's All Your Fault,” “Mean,” “One Foot Wrong,” and “Please Don't Leave Me.” This is a great album full of beautifully written songs based on her life and her experiences. Pink is definitely an amazing artist and the album only proves once again how talented she is, both as a singer and songwriter.
