Using iTunes

iTunes is the official site that the company named Apple has for several types of iPod players. These iPods can be used by either a Mac computer or other Windows users. The iTunes website is used to sync their iPods and download music, movies, videos and even games to the player.

iTunes is the owner of the digital media player application, which interfaces and manages the contents of the apple iPod players. This site is used for playing music on the website as well as downloading to your iPod. iTunes works by creating a library on the computer that you can change, update, add music, etc. There are several kinds of iPod players like the Nano, iPod Touch and iPhones. You can even put your own music on your computer and copy from the iTunes library to your iPod by syncing. Your iPod starts to sync once you connect it to the iTunes library and copy it to the iPod itself. You can even create your own play list and favorite songs you want to sync to your iPod from your iTunes library.

It's easy to set up your iPod once you have connected it to your computer; it will take you to the Apples website to start you on the set up process. Then it takes you to iTunes to download the application. The steps are easy to follow; your iPod and Apple's website will take you through every step.

Although this application will allow you to connect and use the Internet on your iPod, like face book and my space, the general purpose of iTunes is to connect to your iTunes store via the Internet and to sync your iPod to your iTunes library. The process is quite simple.
